1.雞洗淨後切件,加生抽、紹興酒、糖、胡椒粉及生粉拌勻,再加薑絲及葱段拌勻醃 30分鐘。

2.冬菇浸軟後瀝乾水。紅棗切半。蠔豉洗淨浸軟。

3.將冬菇及蠔豉鋪上碟,再放上雞件,最後將紅棗放在雞件上。
