材料   
雞腰   
鮑魚   
青江菜   
花枝醬   


料理程序:

• 將鮑魚洗淨及切絲，備用。
  
• 以 花枝醬包滿雞腰，再將鮑魚絲裹在雞腰外層，好像橄欖般。
  
• 雞腰舖設碟上，放入蒸鍋內蒸約十分鐘即可取出。
  
• 以高湯加調味料勾芡淋雞腰上，並以青江菜圍碟邊。
