附一個解決方法:

【問】 Vista 32位版本4G內存只能用3.5 ?  (我的是獨立顯卡，不占用顯存)

【答】  由於Windows Vista 32位版本系統設計問題，當內存達到4G時僅顯 示3.5G，解決的方法有：在“開始”菜單的“搜索”框中輸入cmd，這時按下ctrl+alt+enter鍵（提升權限），
          在打開的cmd窗口中輸入bcdedit /set pae forceenable

同時， Vista地帶建議你安裝Vista 64位版本會對大內存更好的支持，這個問題並不是32位達不到而是微軟限制，因為Windows Server 2003 32位版最大可以支持64GB內存，當然這是服務器版操作系統
