近日，一款疑似奧地利HS50反器材狙擊步槍的武器在敘利亞戰場上頻繁出現。但從其略顯粗糙的做工來看，這更像是伊朗仿製HS50狙擊步槍生產出來的型號，伊朗稱其為Sayad-2。國外媒體分析稱，在敘利亞戰場上出現的這款步槍很可能來自伊朗，因為敘利亞本國之前並未生產和使用這種大口徑狙擊步槍。
