芝士鮮蝦焗飯

米飯(随意),青椒(1個),香菇(6個),大蝦(随意),橄欖油(少許),芝士60g,鹽、黑胡椒粉適量,馬蘇裏拉30g

做法:
1、先將蝦去皮和蝦線,而後用紅酒、鹽醃製備用,青椒和西紅柿切小丁,香菇泡發,切丁;
2、米飯加入橄欖油、鹽、黑胡椒粉攪拌均勻;
3、將青椒丁、西紅柿丁加入米飯,攪拌均勻;
4、把蝦、香菇丁碼在米飯上;
5、在上面放一層芝士片;
6、用刨子將馬蘇裏拉刮絲,覆蓋在上面;
7、烤箱200度預熱5分鐘,烤碗覆蓋錫紙,烘烤15分鐘,然後烘烤5分鐘。
