林志玲是出生於台灣臺北市的著名模特兒、主持人、女演員，以甜美清麗的外貌、姣好身材成為台灣社會矚目的焦點，

媒體冠以「台灣第一名模」的稱號，而因她竄紅歷程所造成的社會重大改變，台灣學者亦稱為「林志玲現象」。
